If you want to have your iPhone 4 unlocked then you may have a few options. It all depends on what software is installed on your phone. You can have your iPhone 4 unlocked with software as long as you are running a version which can be jailbroken. Currently anything above 5.1.1 cannot be jailbroken and will require a factory unlock.
